The law firm of Hissey Kientz, LLP was founded by attorneys Michael Hissey and Robert Kientz with the goal of providing its clients with outstanding legal representation and resources to ensure that their legal rights are protected. The firm currently employs a team of 12 lawyers and over 30 support staff who are available to answer questions and offer personal assistance to its clients.
Hissey Kientz, LLP has represented hundreds of clients nationwide who have been injured by mesothelioma or other diseases linked to asbestos exposure. The firm is equipped to handle a wide variety of asbestos-related cases, including those involving construction workers, chemical and refinery workers, U.S. Navy veterans or Merchant Marines, shipyard workers, laborers, railroad workers and other industrial workers, as well as victims of secondhand asbestos exposure.

Craig Whitney joined Hissey Kientz, LLP in 2006 as a web content writer. In addition to producing written materials for the firm’s web properties, Whitney also plays an active role in managing video production, graphics design, social media, marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) of the firm’s online presence. Whitney graduated from the University of Texas in 2006 with a bachelor’s degree in English.
Chance Heck joined Hissey Kientz, LLP in 2010 as a documents clerk to assist with web content development, including preparation document summaries, writing web content and uploading information onto the firm’s web properties. Heck graduated from the University of Texas in 2009 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Radio-Television-Film.
